JumpLMS offers a multitude of clear and powerful tools that will enable you to handle all aspects of learner management.
Add New Learners
At its most basic level, JumpLMS will let you quickly add individual learners. Enter their name and email address, set a password, select their admin level and assign any courses or groups you want. Once you’ve done this, they’re ready to start their training.
If you’ve got a lot of learners to add, then simply import them from a single CSV file. The process is quick and easy, ideal for getting large groups of learners up and running in no time.
If you need to, you can export your learner list so it can be viewed in a spreadsheet. Specify filter options for closer control of your data.
Archive Learners
If your learners only require access to the LMS periodically, then you might choose to archive them when they’re not actively using it.
Our archiving management tool lets you view and restore all of your archived learners, and ensures that their current progress is safely maintained. Should the need arise, and an archived learner requires access again, then simply restore their account and they can continue training from where they left off.
Our pricing model is based on the number of learners you have registered, so by archiving a learner, you will free up a space for a new learner to begin, safe in the knowledge there won’t be an increase in your subscription cost.
Assign Courses
Your learners won’t get much training done if they haven’t been assigned any courses, so we’ve made it super easy to do!
JumpLMS gives you the ability to assign courses on an individual learner basis or you can assign multiple courses to multiple learners in just a few clicks. To make sure your LMS experience remains as intuitive as possible, you can also manage course assignments from the Course Editing section.
Search Your Learners
To ensure you get the most intuitive and best experience while using JumpLMS, we’ve created a search and filter system that will let you find individual or multiple leaners without a fuss.
Search by a specific name or email address or filter your leaner list by groups, admin levels or course enrolments.
Expire Courses
If you need to add time restrictions to a course, JumpLMS will let you set, extend or remove an expiry date for any of your learners.
Create Custom Fields
JumpLMS gives you the flexibility to add new fields into your learner records. This can be useful if you want to add organisation specific details such as their department.
