SURVEY YOUR LEARNERS

Surveys and interpreting their results can play an important role in any training course. To get the most from a survey, you need to ask your learners the right questions in the right format. By analysing the results, you may gain further insight into how to improve the effectiveness of your course and subsequently help you to build better courses in the future.

The survey element in JumpLMS will allow you to build your own surveys using a range of question types, each designed to gather different forms of information. Question types include the following:

Multiple Choice Questions

Instruct your learners to select the most appropriate answer/s from a list of options. You can specify whether they can select only one or multiple answers.

Instruct your learners to select one option from a drop down list. You can add multiple drop downs to a single statement.

Likert scale questions

Instruct your learners to answer a series of sub-questions by selecting the appropriate option from a scaled range. This question is ideal if you want to measure the extent to which your learners agree or disagree with a statement.

JumpLMS lets you re-use questions from one course to another. Simply filter the existing questions by course and activate the ones you want to include.
